• When I try to login, why do I get an endless star-field?

    Login is pretty straightforward, but you can get the endless star-field if the app can't reach the server.


    Make sure you have an active connection to the Internet.


    If your company is a new AfterHours customer, it's likely that you need to speak with IT to make sure they allow AfterHours to directly connect to this URL:

  • How do I reset my password?

    On the login screen, check the Manage Password checkbox.


    Now press the Forgot Password button at the lower left of the screen.


    A new login token will be sent to your registered email address. Please use this to login, and you will be asked to provide a new password.

  • How do I receive or stop receiving usage reports by email?

    Login to AfterHours and go to the My Details panel on the Accounts tab.


    Select the edit icon at the top right, and there will be a check box for Email Usage Reports.


    Check or uncheck this as desired.


    Now click the icon at the top right of the Tenant's Details panel again to save your selection.


    AfterHours usage reports are sent out on or around the first of each month.
